Insert Hot Pack into an Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyT Support Brace over the web compartment with the Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyT logo facing up, away from the skin this is very important for optimal use. for use with the Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyT Knee Brace with the knee brace in place over joint, position the Hot Pack so that the crease in the Hot Pack runs horizontally across the knee, over the web compartment. Close the overflap and secure it snugly but not tightly using the landing pads provided on the brace. Can be used before, during, or after a period of rest or activity. for use with the Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyT Back Brace place brace on flat surface with the web compartment facing up. Insert 1 Hot Pack into one or both of the web compartments, with the Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyTfacing the outside of the brace you should not be able to see the logo. Position the brace under clothing around the waist, with the Hot Packs on the inside of the belt, next to the skin and covering the lower back. Tighten brace and Hot Packs by pulling right brace flap over the left flap across your abdomen, and secure using tab under right flap. for maximum effectiveness, wear the Hot Pack for 8 hours, but not more than once in a 24-hour period. Maximum Temperature 113ØF or 45ØF when used as directed. Do not open until ready to use. Discard after use. Warnings: As with any heat product, Icy Hotr Pro-TherapyT Hot Packs have the potential to cause skin irritation or minor burns. Remove brace and check for redness or skin irritation periodically during use. Do not microwave this product or attempt to reuse in any way. The heating elements contain iron, which can be harmful if ingested. If ingested, rinse mouth with water and call a Poison Control Center right away. If the heating elements contact your skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately. Do not use. on broken or damaged skin with medicated creams, lotions, or ointments on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours on people unable to remove the product, including children and infants on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt with other forms of heat Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, rheumatoid arthritis. Stop use and ask a doctor: if after 7 days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged. This may be a sign of a more serious condition. you experience any discomfort, swelling, rash, redness or other changes in your skin that persist where the Hot Pack was worn. When using this product it is normal to experience some skin redness after removing the brace with Hot Pack. Discontinue use of the Hot pack until the redness goes away completely.
