Take this product Adults and children 12 yrs. and older, 5 capsules swallowed 1 at a time with at least 8 ounces a full glass of water or other fluid for use as a dietary supplement. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. This dietary supplement may be taken up to 4 times daily. Do not take if you have difficult swallowing. Take in an upright position. As an easy way to increase daily fiber and calcium intake, take 2-5 capsules with at least 8 oz. of liquid. May be taken up to 4 times daily. Under 12 years: ask a doctor. Warnings Choking: Taking this product without adequate amount of fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
